While visiting doctor’s offices is not a favorite thing for us, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit yesterday. The staff, from reception to checkout were friendly and engaging. Dr. Tomey has a gift of empathy and understanding.

Dr. Nolan was great. Helped me deal with insurer coverage. But seven weeks after insoles were ordered, nothing from them. Left four voicemails (only contract option) over two weeks asking for status with no reply. Even called the practice's Dunn office, where a nice woman agreed to message them through their charts. Still no call. Administration matters. Don't see why I would go back to this organization again. Update. Practice says they will improve, but two hours after that comment, still no contact or update.

Great practice! Dr Nolan and Dr Moradia and their staff are great. The office was very busy on the day I was there but the staff was always pleasant and helpful and the doctors never made me feel that they were rushing to get to the next patient. They took the time to really thoroughly explain my problem and treatment. I have had a broken bone in my foot since March of 2025. My initial orthopedic Dr told me there was nothing to be done because the chip was too far from the bone to heal and it is under a tendon and that I would basically have to just deal with it. After over a year of dealing with the pain caused by this bone chip I finally got a treatment plan and more importantly an explanation of what is really going on in my foot and why surgery is not an option. I now feel like even though this will never go away, there is a treatment that can help with the chronic pain! Ten out of ten stars from this happy patient.

I would give them a zero star if possible.. stay away this is a fraudulent practice. I was having heel pain for sometime so I went to see Dr. Jay Moradia from this practice. I had an appointment at 11:00. I checked in at 10:45, filled all the paperwork and waited, waited till 11:30. Finally I went to the front desk again, mentioning that I am waiting for 30 minutes. Immediately a nurse with lots of yawns comes and takes my vitals, etc etc.. she was constantly yawning throughout her initial exams. Then Dr. Moradia came in.. this is 11:45 am now.. no apologies or anything.. checked my heels, said its planter fasciitis. We discuss the plan of action.. (stretching exercises, some strap, physical therapy and in the end, if nothing works, we may look at steroid injection). Seems reasonable. After a while I got EOB from my insurance company and to my surprise there was a charge of injection and injection administration in that EOB. I was shocked to see that charge as I was never administered any injection, and that also in my first visit? I called the insurance company, they said they will start investigation. I called the billing department at this office, they said they can't do anything.. I called the office to tell them that there has to be a mistake as I can not be given an injection on my first visit for minor heel pain.. they said no, you were given injection.. I finally have filed a formal fraud complaint against Dr. Jay Moradia and this fraudulent practice with NC BCBS special investigative unit. How can they do such thing when they charge and get paid for a service they never provided to me. Please stay away from Dr. Jay Moradia and this fraudulent practice.

This office provides excellent educational, friendly, caring and professional service beginning with entering the reception area and speaking with Maria then having my examination and therapy with Dr Steve. They well deserve the highest rating possible and I am so lucky and pleased to have found this practice.
