  What a phenomenal store experience! I was in town this week for a conference, and, unfortunately, I snapped my existing frames in half. Andy and her staff were extraordinarily helpful - she invited me in and tried to fix my frames; when that didn’t work they found a new frame my existing lenses would fit in and I was off and running in about 5 minutes. Bonus points that the frames were covered by my vision insurance. The staff were friendly, funny, and accommodating. What a great experience - totally saved my week at the conference! Thank you so much - the literal definition of great customer service.

  I’ve purchased sunglasses here several times and have always received excellent service. Today, I brought in another pair of sunglasses that I had purchased elsewhere to have them repaired, and they took care of everything perfectly at no charge! I’m so impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. What a wonderful place! I highly recommend them!

  Parker was amazing. I am unable to see without my glasses and she selected frames that I loved. She was able to quickly identify what frames and color worked with my face. She is invaluable!

  Super friendly and responsive. I came with an urgent problem regarding broken glasses I need for my work, they listened patiently, and fixed my glasses at no cost in less than ten minutes! I think it was Parker who helped and refused payment. Really grateful and they could have delayed, charged, upsold me, or any number of things given the situation I was in. One of those help restore faith in humanity type things.

  The manager of this place here outright lied to me just to make a sale. I went in there on 10/5/26 and I was told that likely I could have my lenses by 10/9/26 or 10/12/26. This was not the case, when I called the Lenscrafters 1800 number they told me that those dates were impossible and the actual date was actually 10/15/26. Sure enough when I called on 10/14 they told me that they could probablyt have them by "tomorrow". So it seems like they knew all along and just played with me. I don't mind the wait, even though I am with broken lenses right now, but being outright lied to is not something I stand OK with. I cancelled the sale! They made me waste my time because now I have to start over. The issue is that I don't feel right with giving my business to someone this dishonest! I rather keep struggling and not be tricked like this. Complete waste of time. Edit: they reached back, the person that gave those dates was not the manager, my mistake. The actual manager called me and was very polite, listened to me and refunded me, also was very kind of doing the refund remotely, saved me a trip there. Thank you.
