My son lost the screw in his glasses and needed them the next day for the start of school. The store manager went above and beyond to find a screw that fit to get them repaired for him. Great customer service!

Stopped by the branch today to get some glasses repaired and spoke with an associate named Tiffany. Tiffany was extremely helpful and professional- she quickly fixed the glasses (for free) and answered questions we had about prescription sunglasses. Please give her a raise!

I took a fall. My glasses earpiece was badly bent. At the Cary LenscraftersAndie greeted us warmly as we entered. She said oh yes, we can help with that. It was a quick repair in no time she brought them back and they fit perfectly! She cleaned/checked them twice to make sure all was good and there was no other damage. I tried to pay she insisted there was no charge. Awesome visit incredible customer service.

Andy and Rachel at LensCrafters were absolutely amazing! I came in to pick up my new glasses and have them adjusted, and they took so much time with me to make sure everything fit perfectly and that I was completely comfortable with them. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how much they genuinely cared about my eyesight and making sure I was happy with my glasses.
They were also incredibly kind and patient with my son while we were there, which meant so much to me as a mom. It’s those little things that make an experience feel personal rather than just another appointment.
You can tell Andy and Rachel truly care about the people they’re helping. I left feeling so taken care of and confident in my new glasses. Such a wonderful experience — thank you both! ❤️

I was visiting my daughter and stopped by LensCrafters to get a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. We worked with Andi on three different occasions, and she was absolutely amazing every time.
Andi is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped me find the right glasses, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
It's rare to receive such consistently excellent service, and Andi made a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend LensCrafters, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Andi!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
