- ICIrina ComerJan 13, 20241.0Dear Pharmacists! When a patient brings you a prescription for a specific brand don’t change it to generic without talking to that patient first. It is not ok! Patient and his doctor might have chosen that specific brand for a reason and changing it to a generic form is NOT your decision to make! At least ask first! Especially given that you won’t take it back 5 min later. Outrageous!
