- GSGrace SonJun 4, 20261.0The staff at this location is incredibly rude, particularly the pharmacy technician. I went to pick up my mother’s prescription, and because I couldn't answer a few specific questions, the technician subjected me to unprovoked, mean-spirited comments. He explicitly said to me: “Korea has the highest IQ in the world, I guess it got lower,” “You are a disappointment to your parents,” and “How do you not know anything about your parents?” These xenophobic and insulting comments should never be said to anyone, let alone a customer. To make matters worse, the supervising pharmacist overheard the entire conversation and did absolutely nothing to intervene. I am appalled to see that this technician is still employed here. Harris Teeter pharmacy team, you need to do better and address this staff behavior immediately.
- CRCarol RoseDec 18, 20245.0I like this pharmacy & the people who work behind the counter. They are pleasant to talk to & when I have asked questions. My prescriptions are ready when they inform me they are available, or if I call or drop by, during their open hours, I can request refills or present a new prescription. They will try to fill prescriptions that are not usual. Plus, they notify when your RX is ready for pickup. Plus, u can shop for groceries & other products while there. In addition, there are other nearby businesses, drug stores, restaurants, a flower shop, K-Mart is across the street & other businesses.
- MSM SomethingAug 22, 20182.0We used to use the Harris Teeter pharmacy on Hwy 55 at Green Level but that store closed so we moved to Cornerstone. Never is a prescription ready, always a wait but that is understandable. What we don't care for is the attitude as if we are interrupting them by asking when it will be ready. I don't believe I have ever seen one of the pharmacy staff smile, even to the point of seeming quite unfriendly. After her last encounter my wife refuses to go in to pick up her prescription. As a result I just moved her to the Walgreens where she is greeted with a smile and the pharmacist remembered her name the second time we walked in before we had a chance to say a word. I do like doing business with friendly pleasant staff.
