Sometimes the bureaucracy between hospitals, insurance companies and pharmacies can be a bit much to take on especially when you’re not feeling your best. I appreciate Sama who took charge with the hospital pharmacist, got my approvals, located what I needed (quickly) and sent me on my way. I know this took a lot of time and effort. She picked the perfect time to go above and beyond her job requirements. She won me over that day. Thank you Sama! Also Jason was amazing as well. What a team!
