- AAAshleighApr 5, 20221.0They never answer the phone, every time I have called they do not pick up. I spend 30 min waiting. Even when they are not busy. I always have to call customer service and have a manager physically go check and make the pick up the phone. When they do answer, they are incredibly rude and have an attitude. They act like they hate their job and you're wasting their time. Even in person they are rude. The women there are nice but every man I have interacted with was not. I switched back to the harris teeter pharmacy at crescent commons. I advise others to do the same.
