  I was able to go to A Club Pilates Class to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. She had expressed interest this summer in trying Pilates so my sister and I had purchased a gift card for her to try their classes. She called them 48 days after receiving the gift card and was told the gift card expired within 30 days of purchase. This was not written on the gift card or shared at the time of purchase. When she had called to set up an appointment she had to get “owner approval” to use the gift card. My mother chose to use the gift card when my sister and I were visiting her and when she called to book the class the staff on the phone consistently inquired on if at her age she would be able to sustain a 50 minute class. Though I do understand that this may be a concern for some,my mother and I felt this was rather rude given that they did not know her or her health. When we arrived the receptionist was nice and the studio was clean, but very crowded with equipment. During class the teacher was pleasant however when she came to give a correction to me during class she grabbed my leg without permission and when I asked her to not touch me but provide verbal redirection she just walked away. Overall I would not recommend this studio and truly hope that their business and instruction practices change.

  I’ve always been one to be nervous in a gym but Mandy & Diane made me feel right at home. Every instructor here is lovely but Mandy and Diane have a special place in my heart! They push me, make me stronger and have set me on the path I want to be. They aren’t just instructors here, they know your name over time and are the kind of people that make waking up at 6am worth it! Love my Fenton ladies!

  I joined Club Pilates in Fenton back in March as a way to come back to working out after a shoulder injury. So far, I've had nothing but good experiences. My recurring schedule is normally with Diane on Thursdays, and Jamison and Glo on Sundays, and I must say, these 3 leave me sweating, shaking, and sore. The front desk staff are all super inviting as well and always make me feel super welcome when I show up to class. Everyone there makes it their purpose to know you by name and even check in on the rest of your family (my mom and sister also take classes here). I live in Fuquay, so this location is a bit of a haul, but I won't be changing it. I'm so glad I was convinced to sign up because this is great and I really appreciate what pilates has done for my body coming back from an injury - I feel confident in participating in other activities as well.

  I’ve enjoyed my time at club Pilates in Fenton. I initially had some challenges to make the model work for me with getting into classes vs last minute wait list. Although since being unlimited member it’s been better. I do feel all classes have been great workout. I’m giving rating score of 1 because experience I had today with instructor Colleen. She kicked me out of class rudely because I didn’t have grip socks. This was handled in a completely rude manor in front of the entire class. I’ve been taking classes for a year and never have grip socks and no one has said anything to me. I had no idea it was required. I’ve even taken classes with Colleen and she did not say anything to me. She told me I need to read the handbook I signed better. Even when I started this was not said to me directly. Understand this is for safety but this could have been handled much better. If this is such a seriously required as I could tell with Colleen’s treatment - there should be better inspection or training to everyone to properly inform. I will ensure never to take a class by Colleen again.

  Fantastic studio with wonderful instructors and a welcoming atmosphere. Every class is enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend Club Pilates Cary! 😊
