This started causing me discomfort and pain when biting, especially in the lower tooth. I believe that after performing a dental procedure, it is the clinic’s responsibility to make sure that the filling has been properly adjusted and that the patient can bite normally. I had to contact the clinic again to explain the problem and request an appointment so they could examine it. I also believe it is important for the clinic to properly review and update the charges submitted to the insurance company, especially if all of the procedures that were initially charged or recorded were not actually completed. I hope the clinic takes my experience into consideration and improves both the follow-up care after procedures and the way they handle charges and communication with patients.
