They’re so bad on answering the phone. You could hardly ever get someone on the phone, after several attempts all you get is a voicemail saying they will call you within 2 business days and they never do, terrible communication.

Made plans in my schedule to swing by Sunday when they opened.. waited for 30 mins.. no one opened the store. No employees in sight. I wasn't the only one either at least 8 other people came and went as well. One one answered the phone either.

My experience is this,,,rayban meta is very cheaply made. The folding arm is glued into a socket that houses the hinge is so cheaply made it is not real. They were close to $1k. I was told there is generally never a problem with the glasses and was told there always right on it with a warranty pair. When all I had was problems proving who I was, where , how much bla bla bla and no response from rayban.why cant as a partner with rayban meta, L/C should not to make customers jump through hoops. I mean you have the data right there on your computer . But it seems hopeless when im being told they generally don't have problems with durability or with getting the ok on rb warranty. And I have!!!!! Must be the first.
Really im not going to say anything about my talk with the manager. And my personal feeling about it. I will say be VERY COUTIOUS ABOUT BUYING RAYBAN META.
I know they sell a lot of them and I must be the first but the are very poorly constructed and if lens crafers sells there products should disclose at least what I showed them about build quality. Mine was cheap junk. Plastic gimmick and the lenses had glare to the hills and back to tell the truth. Im only giving 2 stars cause I want to cut you a bit of a break. Half off the cheapest pair in the store at 420 is a viable option.
Thanks. I mean really - really .thank you!
I can see clearly now with my eyes shut!

We waited almost 20 minutes for a pickup order that was already paid for and supposedly “ready” because the staff was prioritizing customers shopping for glasses in an almost empty store. I completely understand being busy and helping people in the order they arrived, but the attitude from one employee was actually so unnecessarily condescending and interrupting me when I reiterated we were only there for a pickup. What made that even more frustrating was that she was then easily able to grab the order while still helping her current customer…so clearly it could have been handled sooner???
The issue wasn’t just the wait, it was the lack of time management and the dismissive attitude. A quick pickup for a prepaid order should not take that long nor with an attitude.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
