  When I got there my wife came in with me,and no one said she couldn’t sit inside while I donated, so I tried to sign in it wouldnt except my fingerprint so I had to go thru the process of being a new donor while watching the new donor video my wife sat beside me the nurse never said she couldn’t sit inside once being called to the back she was approached by another nurse who said she couldn’t sit inside, if she wasn’t allowed to sit inside why did they wait for the whole process of watching the video, my wife cant donate due to health reasons and we live 45 mins away she called and talked to the manager named Lauren who was very rude disrespectful unprofessional and a liar and told my wife well oh well tell your husband not to donate then which was very unprofessional and rude my wife asked for corporate’s number but Lauren said corporate don’t have a number so Lauren pulled me into the office and said my wife cussed her out but that i could still donate then it was an “issue” when it came to my address and I had proof of residency but was still “deferred” even after being there for an hour and a half wasted all that time funny thing is I went somewhere else and they let me donate with the same letter this place is very rude and disrespectful when all your trying to do is help save other people’s lives will continue going somewhere else

  Drove all the way from Snowcamp for my husband to donate it's 94 degrees outside and they said I couldn't wait in the waiting room and I can't donate due to health reasons so I called up there spoke with the manager named Lauren and she was very rude and disrespectful and said well then tell your husband not 2 donate then which is highly unprofessional that's not something you tell your patrons and we got there at 330 and since I called and complained they deferred my husband trying to say his address wasn't valid but had mail with the address on it and waited for an hour and a half in the heat for them to be rude and disrespectful I highly recommend going to the other plasma place csl I will continue 2 complain about this trash dump of a place parking lot full of trash and all

  Ked Plasma has a great team, very friendly and helpful. Tam is Incredible. Everyone that works at Ked are Super Friendly and very helpful. From the Friendly Screeners, to the Phlebotomist. Everyone works hard and are so wonderful and Incredible!
