Most days I am in and out very quickly, and even on the days they are busy everyone is always hard at work trying to get everyone seen. At this point I’ve been assisted by most if not all screeners and the phlebotomist’s and they are always nice and attentive.

Today pissed me off, Chon a staff member was talking shit to another then walked off and said she was going to lunch leaving floor understaffed and a donor completed with the donation and no assistance.

I get through all the stuff to the nurse….. she first said to me I’m going to quit this day can’t end soon enough. Then she disqualifies me because of a medication I was on 3 months ago and have no prescription for…. In between she’s giving me medical advise like she’s Dr. House or something when she’s a LPN at a plasma donation center not exactly high class… she was so unprofessional and seemed to have an issue with me cause I was white to boot. What a joke for an employee. The rest were nice.
