I have been very fortunate in the quality of services ranging from transportation, light cleaning, laundry, cooking & clean-up as well as companionship. I have been fortunate to be a part of this valuable community network throughout the years. As a result of their support & services, I have been able to remain in my own home without moving to an assisted living facility. I know some change(s)is unavoidable but Home Instead has minimized the impact of these changes. Their caregivers have been thoroughly vetted. Though I don't feel a false sense of security w/the services provided, I do feel a sense of security in the boundaries established in the Client Journal. Ellie Borst

Polite, professional and you can tell this is more than a job to the majority of their employees. I had one problem with an employee who treated my father inappropriately and that was dealt with professionally. I can only hope I will receive similar care should I ever need it.
