  Came in today to renew my pro membership and spend around $200. The guy behind the counter stayed on his phone and never acknowledged that I was in the store. Picked up several items and looked his direction hoping he would say something or at least acknowledge me. Got frustrated after about 20 minutes and walked out and did not buy anything. There was hardly any price tag on the shelves so I can’t see what you’re about to spend either. Used to be the best GNC around.

  I came here tonight and was excited about the drink deal and knew what I wanted before going in and I stopped work to come here and they were closed! I even arrived 15 minutes before closing, I understand last minute customers can be a nuisance sometimes but the store says it closes at 8. I wish people would give people more grace nowadays it seems like no one wants to work or help people anymore.. now the deal is over and I wasted time coming up here. The Vitamin shoppe by far - their customer service is better and they still allow customers to come in before closing time. This is a corporate business I’m surprised employees are allowed to lock the doors early and stay on the clock getting paid while dismissing extra money/business the company could be losing potentially.

  I drove almost 30 minutes to this location and I go open the door to go in and the door was locked during business hours. I was a little disgruntled that I drove almost 30 minutes for them to be closed

  I have been trying to reach this store for weeks. Every time I arrive, they are closed with no explanation. Hours posted on the door clearly show the store should be open and operating.

  I’ve gone to this location 3x in the last 8 days and it’s been closed every time. It’s never open.
