- MBMichele and Marvin BargAug 27, 20265.0Kim knows who we are when we arrive and is always welcoming at the reception desk. Zach, too, has a welcoming smile. He provides competent evaluations, adjustments, and suggestions that make the performance of my Phonaks better. I appreciate his good humor and patience. Thanks Zach and Kim.
- SDStacie DotsonJul 25, 20265.0Zach and Kim went way above and beyond to help me with my hearing aids. From trying them on, setting up Bluetooth for me, to checking insurance, they did everything possible to make this experience the best. Traveling and workshops presented unique challenges but Zach and Kim were there for me. I couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend AudioNova Brevard NC for anyone who is looking for hearing aids for themselves or a family member.
- JHJanet HowellJun 8, 20265.0Zach was patient and professional. He was persistent in verifying my UHC benefits and ordered the best possible solution for my hearing needs
- LDLinda DemingMay 3, 20265.0I felt Zach did a great job testing me for my hearing.
- FDFrank DennisMar 4, 20215.0It is a pleasure to give my Five-Star recommendation to Elite Hearing Center in Brevard NC where Specialist Andrew Bliss fit my wife Patricia with a high-performance, affordable hearing aid to replace the one she lost while shopping. And in the course of minor adjustments to my hearing aid that I bought in another city, he noticed that an important sound-enhancing circuit had not been activated, nor had I been told by the audiologist who sold me the device that it was an available feature! The final word: this excellent service was rendered without charge.
