Julian F. Keith Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center was established in Black Mountain, N.C., in 1969. As the need for substance use treatment in North Carolina grew, JFK evolved and expanded to provide the array of medically monitored services that are offered today. We offer two levels of care:
