I worked with Lily on the exam and Trinity on selecting the glasses. Both provided outstanding customer service, were fun and personable, and really cared about making it a good experience. I have never had such a great explanation about how the various coatings work (and instructions on cleaning), and what frames would be best for various applications (as well as how they look), I had brought my wife with me to help select frames and she and Trinity had fun teasing me in a light-hearted way about my choices - made the whole experience actually enjoyable rather than a chore. Based on my past experience the prices for the glasses seem in line with or lower than other providers. Looking forward to posting a review once my glasses arrive.
