- LWLiz WJul 1, 20265.0I have never needed help with replacing screws in my eyeglasses, so I offered to repair the eyeglasses of my visiting friend. I didn't realize what a challenge repairing spring hinge glasses would be, so I am very grateful for the friendly optician, who immediately took on the challenge as soon as I entered the door of Triangle Visions Optometry. Her Herculean efforts proved victorious when it came to fixing my friend's frustrating spring hinged glasses. This is a tremendous relief, because he was going to travel by car from Asheville to Houston with sad taped up glasses if we couldn't find a solution. Thank you so much for fixing my friend's spring hinge glasses! I will absolutely be seeing y'all in the future for my eyecare needs!

I've been a client for many years and have never missed an appointment but if you don't reconfirm w/them they will cancel. I informed them that if they acted in such a harsh manner I would be taking my business to a different provider in the future. Unnecessarily Poor customer service imo. They are also expensive for eyewear. Just for bifocal lenses (no frames) I was quoted $350-$400. As a senior on a fixed income that's not affordable.

They all provided excellent customer service to myself and all others who came in while I briefly waited to be seen and after my appointment, as I continued to look for glasses. The optometrist was wonderful, explained things in detail, listened and responded to my questions; overall extremely professional.
