StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Asheville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- AEamber edingtonMay 29, 20265.0I’m visiting the area from out of state but have been having relentless muscle tightness in my upper back and hip areas that even regular massages don’t resolve. It decided to make an appointment since there’s nothing like this in my area and I am so happy that I did. I had Amber as my flexologist and she made sure that my appointment targeted all My problems areas and I left feeling so much relief! She was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel completely at ease. In addition to that she gave me exercise and stretch recommendations I can do at home. I wish we had a stretch lab in my area because this type of therapy is extremely beneficial.

Did not answer questions regarding membership prices nor options 2. Website does not mention ptices 3. Customer service representative did not disclose any information regarding anything, other than the introductory price 4. Sent an email with numerous terms and conditions. A professional would have shared this information during our conversation as well. I would have asked questions. Now, I have no questions. I spoke with this individual twice and her lack of sharing relevant information does not sit well with me.
