StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Asheville offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

It decided to make an appointment since there’s nothing like this in my area and I am so happy that I did. I had Amber as my flexologist and she made sure that my appointment targeted all My problems areas and I left feeling so much relief! She was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel completely at ease. In addition to that she gave me exercise and stretch recommendations I can do at home. I wish we had a stretch lab in my area because this type of therapy is extremely beneficial.
