    They take way to long to get you your parts or even a new wheelchair!!! When you only have two companies that only deal with wheelchair and mobility services you don't have any options to go somewhere else! That leads to the treating anyway they want to or to take as long as they want to take. I promise you if it was there family member it wouldn't take them long to get what they needed.

    I had my new wheelchair for just a couple weeks when one of the front wheels broke. I called to make an appointment and was told they would call me back to set up a visit when the parts came in. Three weeks later, one of the rear tires blew so I called them back to add this repair to the list since no one had called me back yet. Was told they had to open a new repair order and they would call when the parts came in so I could set up a repair visit for two wheels now instead of one. I've been waiting three weeks again so I finally bought the parts I need off of Amazon and will fix myself this weekend. Fortunately, I still had my old chair, otherwise I don't know how I would be getting around for the last few weeks. I don't know how long it generally takes parts to come in, but I'm pretty sure they could be obtained from anywhere in the world well within three weeks.

    I am not a customer of National Seating & Mobility. However, I’ve heard customer service representative Melissa handle customer calls. She is caring, attentive to the needs of customers, goes the extra mile to make sure they are helped. She gives “old fashioned”, real customer service.
