- ESEmily SullivanMay 19, 20261.0Absolutely under no circumstances go here. The customer service was horrific. They made multiple mistakes on my husband's lenses, which rendered them unusable. Then they refused to fix it, even though Asheville eye (who my husband had to consult with because Lens Crafters was useless) said it was their responsibility to fix it with no charge. Then the person working there (a man in his 60s) had the audacity to laugh at my husband as he walked out with another co-worker. This was the absolute worst customer service we have experienced in years. My husband has gone through weeks of headaches, not being able to see etc, only to be gas-lit by them and for them to take absolutely zero responsibility for their mistakes.
