  The front desk team and doctor were great but Leah in the glasses department was phenomenal. She took extra time to not only help me understand my insurance benefits but ran through the different promotions to help me maximize my benefits. Thanks to her I was able to get everything I needed without paying a ton of out of pocket expenses. Thanks so much, Leah!

  I had a recent visit with LensCrafters at Biltmore Park in Asheville NC. I worked with Julie and I have to say it was the best experience with an optician in years. She explained all options in detail and answered many questions. I never felt rushed or that my questions were annoying. I highly recommend this location and if you can work with Julie I’m sure you’ll be pleased.

  My experience wasnt terrible, but it wasnt great. I will start by saying they went out of their way to try and see how to code my exam in my insurance but we could never figure it out. It was nice of them to try so hard. I had to wait a while to be seen at my appointment. There wasnt a whole lot of people so I did find that mildly confusing, but figured they may not have had that many optometrists qualified to do the actual exam. I wasnt impressed by their glasses selection or prices. I did inquire about a specific pair of frames and was told it'd be $200 on top of what my insurance paid. I requested to shop cheaper frames but wasnt really helped with options. I was actually given zero more options. I asked twice and wouldnt ask a third time so i just ended up leaving. I got my exam in March and still dont actually have a new pair of glasses because I wasnt helped with finding more affordable options. So I'll be shopping elsewhere for them.
