  Julie is a very professional and friendly optician. She does a thorough job of informing the customer as to the discounts that may be available to them. I highly recommend her services.

  This place is amazing!! The choices of glasses are not unlimited but it really feels like it!! You should be able to find what you are looking for!! The selection is great, but to me. What makes this place is the staff. I worked the manager but did not know it until my purchase was complete. She did a wonderful job helping me make my decision. She informed me about the LC + program which is awesome!! The rest of the staff are just as friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this location any higher!!! The only reason I’m giving them a 5 stars is because Google won’t let me give them more!!!

  I couldn’t have asked for better service. They went out of their way to help me find just the right frames. They will continue to be my only place for glasses. Their service afterwards is fantastic too. I highly recommend.

  One star for terrible communication and a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. This LensCrafters canceled my early morning eye exam appointment by text the night before, outside of business hours. That left me unable to call, speak with anyone, or get help before my scheduled appointment. Canceling with so little notice is frustrating enough. Sending the cancellation after closing, when nobody is available to explain or help reschedule, makes it even worse. Customers arrange their schedules around these appointments, and my time deserves more consideration than an after-hours text. Unexpected things happen, but how a business handles them matters. This location handled my cancellation poorly and left me to deal with the inconvenience. I expected basic professionalism from an eye care provider. This experience gave me very little confidence in trusting this location with my care.

  I had a traumatic horrible experience at my eye exam at Lenscrafters. I have an eye condition and the doctor treated me like I was a fun case study when I have severe medical trauma from this diagnosis, and told me I’d never see 20/20 again because I have cataracts from steroids even though I definitely can with the RIGHT PRESCRIPTION. She almost didn’t even give me a new prescription, made me feel stupid for not being able to tell which lenses felt better in the machine and then didn’t give me a contact prescription even though I put on my paperwork that that’s what I was there for. So I had to wait another hour to get that done. It was ridiculous and I almost started crying. My friend was there with me and her jaw was on the floor because I was treated so poorly. I will never go back.
