- KBKent BrownJul 31, 20265.0My experience at Audio Nova Asheville was fantastic. I was leaving town in 2 days and they were completely booked but worked me in without me even asking them to. I knew at that point that they really cared about helping me vs. just wanting my money. On top of that I thought I had a problem with my aid but Ashley took a look at my ear, cleaned it out and the problem was solved. She changed the filter and they sent me on my way! Customer service doesn’t get any better than that. I will recommend them anyone who needs help with hearing.
