The front desk staff were very courtesy and friendly while checking to see if they could see me anyway. They fit me in between other appointments. Dr. Sheppard was fantastic! It was a "simple" contact exam but she took time to review everything in great detail. It was my 1st visit and I already know I will become a regular patient moving forward.

- DODavid OkamotoJul 27, 20261.0It’s unfortunate I have to write this review as a warning for those who want to come here for a prescription. The doctor is awesome on how she handles and helps those when there but they don’t give all the info to you and when I asked they did not give me this info so I cannot get glasses with the prescription I got from her and now have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. All I wanted was my PD which they do measure and spoke to two people there that both told me “it’s up to the doctor to give that info and they own their own business and won’t give it out” I was ensured when I made the appointment that I would get my prescription so I could order the brand they don’t have at their location, but did not get all the info for my prescription. I hope they see this and make it right so I can change my review, but unless I actually get this info it’s going to cost me another $100-200 to go somewhere else to get this info.
