  First off there’s a lot of pre-Madonna’s rating this gym poorly, complaining about everything under the sun. I’ve been going here since it opened, and this gym is great! From the employees, the classes, daycare and other amenities. If you’re not a pre-Madonna and insufferable, this gym is worth going to!

  I am impressed. This appears fresher than any lifetime gym and costs six times less. Although the gym types differ, a regular facility with a sauna and salted pool is more than sufficient.

  I am so thankful for the staff here but especially Amber and Stephanie. They are so nice and go above and beyond. The facility is clean and welcoming and you will be very happy here! Ask for Amber when you come to sign up!

  I’ve been a member for almost a year after spending over 10 years at a smaller gym with a great community. I wasn’t sure I’d find that same sense of community at a big gym like OneLife, but I was pleasantly surprised. The gym is clean, well equipped, and has everything you need. Plenty of machines, free weights, benches, squat racks, and deadlift platforms. The sauna, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and variety of classes are also great perks. The staff is friendly, the trainers are knowledgeable, and the general manager does a great job keeping things running smoothly. I also highly recommend Myles as a trainer. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what it takes to get results. Overall, it’s a great gym with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Glad I made the move and highly recommend it!

  Spacious, modern and Fantastic gym with latest equipment. That's just not it, the welcoming experience given by every manager or staff in the gym is what makes One Life an amazing place. Amber is AMAZING! She goes extra mile to ensure great service. It's people like her that make a great place an AMAZING one. McKinsey too has been fantastic to work with also, always welcoming and sincere. It's the people experience. Nothing can beat that.
