  This place is a definite over sold !! Doesn’t matter when you go—it’s always jam-packed. You’re not working out, you’re literally waiting in line. Every machine is taken, every time. People just stand around hoping someone leaves. You end up skipping most of your workout. What should take 45 minutes turns into 2 hours of frustration. And somehow they still charge premium prices for this. Clearly oversold memberships with zero regard for actual users. Management should be embarrassed—this is unacceptable.

  Update: Thanks everyone for your concern. The gym finally called me and the good news is "It is not someone from the gym " And it seems that they were waiting in the car when I got there and left the note right after I walked away. They drove away right after leaving the note. Thanks Chris for the follow up. ——- I was at the gym today between 7:49am - 8:30am and when I got to my car someone wrote this and take all the time to put it in the gap of the door so that the rain doesn’t destroy it. I went and let the gym know about what happened. They were nice and took my information to pass it to the manager once he gets there. I called at 3pm to find out if they had looked into it and was told , first the information was not passed on and second the parking lot is not their property. How am I supposed to feel safe and go back if I don’t know if it’s someone from the GYM or what they will do next? I have my teenage that goes there too. I needed to know if it’s targeted or not and why just my car but I guess that’s not the gym problem. I have the sticker that is why it concerns me more. I have a big long one that was hanging on the mirror and doesn't expire until 2028.

  Good morning. I went to inquire about some information this week, and at the reception desk, they told me that all the information is available online. I asked them what the classes were, and they simply repeated: "It's online." I feel that it wouldn't cost them anything to answer a prospective client who is interested in enrolling—and to be a little more polite; after all, that is why they are there: to provide information.

  I recently switched to this gym, and the biggest issue is the temperature—it’s consistently very hot and stuffy, which makes working out uncomfortable. Proper ventilation and climate control should be standard. Even a budget gym like Planet Fitness (around $25/month) keeps their space cool and comfortable, which makes a big difference.

  Gym was great for a few months. I left lifetime in cary and considering returning. Now that it’s spring it’s just so hot and difficult to breathe in the gym due to lack of air. It’s the hottest x movie theater there is. I talk to others and it’s not me so many people feel the same. Showers are falling apart already in the men’s locker room.
