The equipment is curated with efficacy in mind. Recovery space and services are prioritized. There are serious lifters but I felt comfortable as someone closer to the middle of the Bell Curve. Great place.

Great community vibe and feel within the gym, makes you feel at home when you visit or join. Highly recommend to anyone within the area.
