Warming this is not a sweat to the point of drenched cardio - if looking for that Pilates in general is not the workout you’re looking for Pilates is strengthening, toning, and sculpting. Club Pilates Apex is awesome and Jamison made it fun and productive. Great environment- going with the unlimited just so I can take classes closer at home and at this location loved it!

They really do a great job at making you feel welcome. I am new to Pilates and the teachers are very patient and helpful in teaching you what to do. The classes are fun and engaging and a great workout. So glad I joined! The app is amazing - it’s so easy to schedule classes.
