Yoga Studio
The Life Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes from hot power yoga to restorative yoga. Our own "Life Flow" is a heated, power, somatic experience. Life Restore is a restorative and rejuvenating class for all levels, all ages, all injuries. Life Shape is a heated power yoga sculpt class with weights and bands. The studio offers other fun events monthly - sound baths, themed nights, and more. The studio offers private party yoga at the studio and on location.
