I gave an order over the phone, said this was an emergency order and would only be a backup pair, specified 3 of the cheapest frames available from the website, but said they could choose a comparable one if those weren't avalable. And they chose, alright. They chose a very pricey pair. But it was a emergency. Beggars can't be choosers. And they were kind.

We were greeted with a friendly smile, before being ushered in for eye exam The doctor was efficient knowledgeable and also friendly. The exam was done with the doctor expalining eacch step. He then referred my husband to an eye surgeon without trying to sell him something. We were impressed by that, We definitley would reccomend the Lens Crafters in Kalispell Center Mall.
