  I was in an extremely uncomfortable situation with a PCA and reached out for help by calling Erica. Instead of receiving support, I was made to feel blamed and dismissed, as though the situation was entirely my fault. That response was deeply upsetting and has had a lasting impact on me. Experiences like this are especially concerning when vulnerable patients are involved. It makes me question whether others may have gone through something similar and felt just as unsupported. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, compassion, and accountability moving forward.
