  In general Miracle-Ear in Helena seems to be a considerate group of people. I was quite bothered by the fact that they sent me a letter asking for 15 volunteers to test out their new hearing aid but when I got done with their hour and a half presentation they inform me that I needed to pay for the hearing aids up front ($8k) before I test them and if I don't like them they'll give me my money back after. To me that is so misleading it's dishonest business practice. I got up and walked out at that point never got to test their hearing aids so I can't tell you whether they work or not. My complaint is that if they want me to pay for their hearing aids and test them just be honest up front instead of dishonest. Don't send me a letter saying you want 15 people to test them and then when I get there tell me you want me to pay for them before I test them.

  Needed to replace old hearing aids— amazing clarity and love the pairing with my phone and tablet. Staff did a great job answering all my questions. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

  Went in for a hearing test at the request of my wife, staff was nice and office was clean, turns out my hearing is mostly ok, I just have selective hearing!
