- TTTimDec 18, 20211.0They are incompetent and unprofessional. Apparently, I can only call in a refill on a machine when the store is open, makes no sense. Yea, let’s have an answering machine that only works when we can answer the phone. They messed up and put me in the system twice, now, everytime I call in an Rx they tell me I cant fill it and everytime I have to explain to them how THEY messed up. Sounds like people dumb enough not to trust with my Rx. Gonna be a book before smiths pharmacists pull their head from their posterior. Doctor called in an Rx for my daughter, they didn’t have it, instead of calling to let us know they just did nothing. So, now my very sick child doesn’t have the medicine she needs because smith’s pharmacist are just worthless. I hope the very worst for them this holiday and following year!
