- ACAngel Collins4 days ago1.0My husband and I went to go into the store today at 11:30am. As we were coming to the doors there was another person waiting outside on the phone, the door was locked. The person outside said they were in the phone with the store and the employee said she was finishing up in the back and then would be out. 11:45 we all gave up and left. The door said they were open at 10am. I am unsure if they are understaffed at this location. But almost open for 2 hours with the door locked, I'm unsure of what's happening "in the back". Edit. Drove back at 12:36pm and door is still locked. Edit part 2: I know it's a little extreme but my husband and I needed to see if that worker ever came out at 5:20 and it was still locked lol. Unsure how many people went to go in today to not see anyone and then door locked.

- RRRobynnMar 8, 20241.0I don't like to leave negative reviews but this was shocking! The lady working asked what I was looking for 3 times in 1 minute because they work on commission. I have been talked into things I don't need or use so I told her I was just browsing. She huffed and grunted all 3 times so I kindly responded "I know you are trained to be very helpful but I'm really just browsing." She then replied "I am NOT trained to help people, I have been here 14 years and when I see someone just staring at a wall I ask!" I was reading the labels of various vitamins and protein powders which I planned to buy but I just could not bring myself to it.
