I tried to save money and go to Zenni - well I have kids - and they scratched my glasses and here I was without glasses for potentially weeks. I needed glasses fast, Copelun helped me pick out some frames, and got my glasses ready and me seeing again in under 30 minutes. Incredible service, and when all said and done, the price is close to the same as Zenni, but you get your glasses the same day and you get better frames. I even got a free backup pair to go along with it. (along for a warranty for next time my kids decide I don't need to see again). The value proposition, the incredibly quick turnaround, and fantastic service have made this place my go-to from now on. Highly recommend.

They are nice, but highly sales motivated. They try to upsell you on things that aren’t necessary and I’ve even caught additional charges, like additional warranties that I never was asked about or approved, on my receipts. I will not be going back

This was our second time here, and the service was outstanding! Martin went above and beyond for my granddaughter, who plays volleyball. He specifically tightened her frames so they stay secure during games, explained the 2-pair discount clearly, and generously gave her two cases, a strap, and cleaning cloths. Fantastic, thoughtful service that we highly appreciate!"

I am so happy with their service from the doctor, from staffs and technician who gave a new clear vision to my son. They are so good, so terrific in taking care for their costumer as I experienced it.

Martin is such a friendly guy. Very helpful with the whole process and got things done very fast. He deserves a raise 👏🏻
