Logan Health Primary Care in Columbia Falls, a department of Logan Health Medical Center, has been serving the Columbia Falls community since the late 1950s, when Dr. Will Bennett opened his family practice. Dr. Chet Hope and Dr. Doug Pitman joined him in 1977, and then Dr. Bennett retired a year later. Dr. Hope and Dr. Pitman erected their new building in the heart of Columbia Falls on Nucleus Avenue in 1983.
