Blacktail Health (formerly Southwest Montana Community Health Center)

Blacktail Health has been an integral part of the healthcare landscape for more than 39 years, growing with each passing year by adding sites and services that you and your family need. We serve nearly 13,000 patients each year including those who are insured, underinsured, or uninsured and may qualify for our medical or dental sliding fee scale. Blacktail Health offers primary medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy services to everyone. The private nonprofit clinic is always taking new patients and accepts every type of insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare and all private insurance.
