Mark and his team are awesome. Audrey did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating to a same day stretch session by an out of town customer. A+++

I think stretching would possibly decrease my daily pain and increase my mobility. I saw several ads for Bozeman stretch Lab. I got on their site and sent in a request for more info. I received a telephone call a few days later from a very kind man. I began asking him my questions. I told him I had noticed on the website none of the pictures or videos showed people in larger bodies nor people with disabilities. He assured me that each person is designed a plan specific for them so being in a larger body and being disabled shouldnt matter as far as My personalized plan would be designed for my body. He asked about injuries and surgeries but cut me off after i had mentioned 5 or 6. He said they would go over them all at my appointment. I made an initial appointment for today. This morning we called because we weren't sure of parking in their location and if I could walk using my walking sticks or if it was further, I would bring my accessible scooter. My assistant asked whoever answered about parking and me maneuvering the property disabled etc... We were told to park in back and use the back door to enter. My assistant and I decided the distance was far enough I should bring my scooter. We arrived and parked. My assistant put my scooter together and we headed to the back door. The ally is not very assessible. There was no opening to get in front of the parked cars to get to the back doors. We eventually came to a spot where we could enter the building to get to the front doors. We entered and found more stairs. We went back out and I found 2 parked cars I could just get through. We got to Bozeman Stretch Lab's back door. My assistant opened it for me to enter...the only way inside was down more steps. My assistant went inside and told them we were there, but still trying to get inside. She came back out and we went around the building to the front door only to find a step. FYI there is no disability entrance to this health business. I parked my scooter on the sidewalk, and walked inside. I was met by the woman who I was scheduled with. She didn't mention anything about the difficulty getting in etc... She immediately began asking me about injuries and surgeries. After a few minutes, I asked if we could sit. We did. After I shared my injuries/surgeries she asked if my Dr or PT knew I was coming to Stretch Lab. I responded "no". I was then told they couldn't see me. I didn't give them 1 star because I didn't actually experience if the stretching would have been helpful. Why did the man I talk to not tell me I needed a Dr's permission? In my opinion, not only are they ignorant about disabilities, they do not want disabled people booking their services. Someone in a wheelchair would not even be able to enter their business. I will not recommend them, nor would I ever go back.
