- DSDJ SoikkeliSep 6, 20221.0Never received a bill until final notice. This is the second time they have done this. The office staff will tell you it's your fault for not checking sooner. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Bozeman health needs to take note and suspend their use of this terrible company.
- HAHazen AlkireMay 17, 20191.0This outfit needs to get their stuff in order, billing a customer a year late for services supposedly rendered is not professional. The company would not submit my bill to insurance, and just explained the situation as: "Well that is the way things are done here." Poor management being set in place here.

Just received a final notice bill that is the first one I have gotten, saying I have 30 days to pay or it goes to debt collection already 15 days into the 'grace' period.
