Didn’t really know what I was doing, but loved the class. Body felt so good after, sore in all the right places and my mood was better. Back is doing great, I did use accommodations. Shout out to the perimenopause gals, this is great for you! Excited to go back again this week. Wish there was a punch card, but love love love it! If you’re on the fence, take the free class and try it!
