  Being a patient at Yellowstone Eye Care has been very good. Everyone is always very professional - the nice new facility is well laid out. The receptionist was delightful and friendly as was the young lady who did the preliminary testing. Dr Steiner does a comprehensive exam and explains as well as answers any questions.

  Everyone was so friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure all my needs were met. The tech that showed me how to put in contacts for the first time was second to none! Her patience was amazing

  I walked in to a smile and a warm greeting and I left with a smile on my face. I wasnt sure what to expect with this being my first pair of glasses, but the Dr made it a very pleasant eye exam and my visit went very smoothly. Im waiting for my new pair of glasses now that the very patient eye technician help fit me into. Once you come here you wan't to go anywhere else!

  Best optical care I have received in my 49yrs. I drove 3.5 hrs for this appointment. My local community in WY are scheduled out until April 2027. I could not wait until 2027. My only option was the local ER at our hospital. Yellowstone Eye Care made me feel like a priority given my on going and sudden changes in my vision. The front desks customer service (McKenna, and Abbey) checking in/checking out was GREAT! These young ladies were thorough. Dr. Steiner, and the young lady (Emily) who saw me in the room were both phenomenal! They both were very explanatory step by step. They both explained in detail and very clearly to where I felt beyond comfortable. They answered all my questions, and helped me understand my specific situation. Nicole did an excellent job in helping me find the right fit for glasses, and was beyond helpful picking out the perfect frames. She is very knowledgeable. I pay upfront out of pocket. The cost & opportunity to pay upfront with a discount was VERY, VERY reasonable, AND affordable!! I could tell that Yellowstone Eye Care is all about their patients NOT money. I have NEVER in 49yrs felt BETTER about my optical care and/or needs. "Thank You" to Dr. Steiner and his team/staff for the best experience. I will be and I am a patient for life. I employ a couple people that are native to MT that I shared my experience with. They will be scheduling appointments on their planned trips to go home. "Thank You" all for an awesome experience.
