I told her I was looking for a repair and she led me to a desk for me to sit and took my frames right away and worked on them. The frames were bent the worst right at the hinges and I was very nervous that they could not be repaired and would just break if attempted… but Jenny came back out with them looking as good as new! I had also lost my bridge covers a while back and she put new ones on for me! Jenny told me anytime I need a repair or adjustment I can just pop in. I will definitely be coming back to LensCrafters, thank you so much Jenny!

I ordered some safety glasses and got a phone call from lens crafters that said they can't seem to figure out why my glasses keep not going through I was promised I could pick them up on the 28th and nothing. I was asked if they needed to be specifically safety glasses which obviously why would I order specific safety glasses if I didn't need them. I would recommend taking your script elsewhere.
