- SLStacey LaheyApr 24, 20241.0Horrible experience! Had to switch companies due to their limited open hours and requested MY records last week! Stopped in today and the lady listened to my conversation over a phonecall where I said I had been waiting (since last week) but she had no clue, she proceeded to come out and YELL at me in front of another customer and called me a liar!!! I would never, never recommend them!! Horrible customer service. I have never been treated so badly in a “professional” environment!!
