  Horrible experience! Had to switch companies due to their limited open hours and requested MY records last week! Stopped in today and the lady listened to my conversation over a phonecall where I said I had been waiting (since last week) but she had no clue, she proceeded to come out and YELL at me in front of another customer and called me a liar!!! I would never, never recommend them!! Horrible customer service. I have never been treated so badly in a “professional” environment!!

  I can't say enough about this program! They are the most supportive and encouraging ever! I have lost 55 lb so far and have every confidence that I will reach my goal of 100 lbs because of them! Their staff definitely go the extra mile to provide me with all the support I need to meet my goals. This is the only program that has worked for me in a very long time! I very highly recommend!
