  I’ve worked for A-Plus Healthcare as a nurse for almost ten years. Over that time, I’ve seen several changes in office staff, and I can confidently say we now have a cohesive team and a positive, supportive culture. There are real opportunities for growth here. You’re encouraged to share ideas, offer solutions, and your input is recognized and valued. I’m always learning — whether it’s new technology, updated guidelines, or better ways to serve our clients. There is room to grow, learn, and contribute. Your ideas are heard, and creative solutions are encouraged. I’m constantly learning — from new technology to evolving best practices. The flexibility has also been a huge blessing for my home life. I’ve never been made to feel guilty for needing time off. I also appreciate the opportunity to travel across the state and work with a variety of clients and caregivers. It’s meaningful work with a team that truly cares.

  I Have worked for A-plus for almost a year now. And my only regret is. I didnt find this job earlier in life. Its not easy to find a job. That you look forward to going to everyday. And it's not just because of the clients. And the difference you can make in their lives. By letting them live a normal independent rest of their lives. Its also because of the woman in the office. Its not everyday. You find a management team. That works with you and looks out for you. On a daily basis. I can call them anytime and ask a question about paperwork. On how I need to fill it out. And even though they have explained it to me before. They have always explained it to me again. Without attitude or making you feel stupid. And they have all been very flexible and supportive towards me. And other caregivers if we need a schedule change or an extra day off. Because of things out of your control. Or just having a kid under the weather. And speaking about me personally. That is the best feeling in the world. When you are not stressed out . Because your bosses might get mad. When you call in because of a sick kid. I am grateful to have found A-plus and appreciate all the support I get from them

  Working here has truly been a blessing for our family. Our son has significant needs that make traditional employment challenging for me. A-Plus has given us the flexibility and support we need so he can receive the care he deserves, while I am still able to contribute and provide for my family. The flexibility in scheduling has allowed me to be present when my children are sick or when appointments come up, without feeling unsupported or stressed about work. That kind of understanding means more than I can put into words. Mike and the ladies in the office do a great job keeping us informed as Medicaid guidelines and policies evolve, which helps us feel confident in the work we are doing. The staff is consistently kind, approachable, and accommodating. Whenever I come into the office, there are always friendly smiles and a few laughs. It truly feels like a team that cares about both the clients and the caregivers. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive organization.

  This company is truly amazing. My wife works here, and the difference it has made for our family has been incredible. They genuinely value work-life balance and make sure her job doesn’t interfere with our home life. She’s able to attend all of our kids’ activities without any repercussions, which means so much to our family. At her previous company, getting time off for important family events was always a struggle. Now, she’s supported and encouraged to be there when she’s needed most. It’s rare to find an employer that understands the importance of family, and we are so grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a workplace that truly cares about its employees.
