  I wonder if these reviews were for the wrong pharmacy? I just had a nightmare at CVS, false info day after day and ended up in the ER both because they failed to fill my meds and somehow lost all my refills on to of one mistake after another all week! My insurance switched me to Kroger on Friday and the team kicked into high gear. Requested my prescriptions from CVS who again sent over refills with the wrong quantities! Kroger caught the errors, got it corrected from CVS, cleared it with my insurance and handed me my meds.... On Friday!!! Something CVS couldn't handle all week. This place ran like a smooth, caring team, all while helping customers who seemed like they were part of the family, impressive. And I'm so thankful! ❤️

  If I could give this place less than on star, I absolutely would. The first problem was when I tried to fill my insulin prescription there. I was told through the automated system that my prescription was ready. I went to the store waited for an hour only to be told that it was unavailable and to come back tomorrow. I waited two days and sent my husband up there and was whom was told that it was still not available and he asked to speak with management and some how my insulin magical appeared and my prescription was ready. During this time I tried to have my prescription transferred to another pharmacy and was told by that pharmacy that Kroger would have to call them. Kroger has given ever excuse all but refusing to call the other pharmacy. Today I attempted to transfer the prescription again and asked to speak to the pharmacy manger after getting nowhere. When asking if they were the manger for today she replied with I’m the manger for forever. The amount of being rude and unhelpful is appalling. I’ve used this pharmacy for 13years and in the last two years it has become an absolute horrible show.

  here lately medications for refill are never ready when promised..having to wait almost an hour in line . then told to come back in an hour..very poor service
