  I don't usually write reviews, but my experience at VIP deserves one. I was extremely nervous about going to my consultation, but that anxiety lasted only a few minutes after I walked through the door. The ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming that I immediately felt more comfortable. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that positive atmosphere made a huge difference. At my first appointment, Chris sat down with me and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient on the schedule. He answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. A few months later, I had my procedure with Dr. Braun. Before they got started, both Dr. Braun and Keith came in and walked me through exactly what would happen. Their calm, caring approach took away any fear I had. It's rare to find healthcare providers who are not only knowledgeable and professional but who also make you feel genuinely cared for. I can't say enough good things about VIP. Every single person I encountered was kind, compassionate, and amazing at what they do. If you're feeling nervous about making an appointment, I completely understand—I was too. But I can honestly say that choosing VIP was one of the best healthcare decisions I've made.

  I had a wonderful experience at Vascular Interventional Physicians. From the front desk staff to the ultrasound tech to the nurse practitioner, everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I especially want to recognize Josie, I've called the office a few times needing help with something, and she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Anytime I've called with a question or needed to schedule something, the staff has been pleasant and accommodating. I was treated with respect and compassion throughout my care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vascular specialist.

  Went to the vascular center today the second time and so far so good. Everyone was very nice and polite, and the doctor was very thorough. Answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Very very happy and satisfied.

  The entire staff was so attentive, genuine and had the best bedside manner I have seen in all my 39 years. Chris and Cohen were so informative and really took the time to sit and explain everything to me in terms I could understand. They answered all of my questions and helped ease my anxiety. I absolutely love this clinic and will always recommend it to anyone having fibroid issues like myself. My husband will be coming back for his PAE soon as well!! So thankful we took a leap of faith and tried this clinic.

  Dr. Cohen is amazing! I had a knot suddenly appear on my foot, and after an ultrasound, it was determined to be a fluid-filled pocket. Dr. Cohen was able to aspirate it quickly and effectively. The procedure was simple, and the results have been excellent. It has been three months, and the fluid has not returned. From the front desk staff to the clinical team, everyone at VIP was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. Thank you, VIP, for the outstanding care and successful outcome!
