I called the pharmacy a few days ago to ask about my son’s medicine that was sent in by his Neurologist at the beginning of December. A male (did not catch his name) told me the medicine was on back order due to a nationwide shortage. I asked him if I can call Walgreens and have the prescription sent over to them. He proceeded to tell me No, and stated it’s best I call the doctor and have them send another Rx to Walgreens. Mind you, this is not the first time this has happened and every time, they allowed the pharmacy to call them for transfer. I went to Walgreens today and gave them all the information. They called Kroger pharmacy and got the transfer. I’m over this pharmacy.
