  I called and verified that they did the particular xray I had needed, they said yes and to bring my doctors order and insurance card/ ID. I also called my insurance and verified they were in network. I couldn’t have the X-ray done because my doctor wasn’t in their computer “system” aka she hadn’t had a patient go to them before, and it would take over 24 hrs to get their NPI and address (which doesn’t make sense as this information is on google). I asked if my doctors office had a doctor in their system if that particular doctor could send the xray order over, they said yes/ but were no help in figuring out which doctor from the group was in the “system”. I called my doctors office and they said they had no idea how to know which provider was in the “system” to get an order sent over I’m not sure why I had to be the middle person between this office and my doctors office. So before going to this office be sure to call and see if your doctor is in the “system”

  Unfortunately, due to recent health issues, I have had to visit them 6 times in the last couple of years. DeSoto Imaging Specialists have an excellent staff. My most recent visit was on a Saturday. Both the receptionist and the technician were very kind and friendly. All of my specialists use DIS. That is a vote of confidence.

  I recently had an appointment to get an ultrasound. The whole experience was easy and professional. The woman at the front desk was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. After filling out my paperwork I only waited probably 5 minutes before I was called back for my procedure. The technician who did my ultrasound was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was simple and my doctor received the results quickly. The office was clean and professional.

  My experience at Desoto Imaging was great. Everyone was thorough and compassionate. I loved interacting with Jana. From scheduling my appointments to communicating with me before, during, and after my visit, she provided A1 service. The care I received was excellent from everyone!

  The whole staff is very polite. I have always loved the way they greet you and make you feel as comfortable as you can possibly be for what you go through!!😂😂 And they always do it with a smile!! 😁😁 (Talking about a mammogram!!) All jokes aside I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
