    Went in for routine mammogram, was informed that I need to return the next week for a ultrasound and possible biopsy. And that I would get all my results before leaving the office that day. DIDN'T HAPPEN. Instead I'm scheduled for another exam with the sister clinic. Will see how this goes. I feel like I'm being scammed because I have insurance. And they aren't finding anything.

    i do not normally result to leaving bad reviews, but i have had the WORST experience here after giving them chance after chance and would never recommend it to someone else. freaking awful. my first experience consisted of being scheduled, they called and cancelled because they could no longer see me at the time they scheduled. so i come back another day to get an MRI done with and without contrast, couldn’t even do both because they scheduled me at a time where the radiologist is no longer there. at this point, i’m in pain trying to get answers for treatment and this took me 3 weeks to get one scan done which means i had to reschedule my doctor’s visit every single time they screwed up, pushing me farther and farther back (took me 7 weeks to just have the scan done and my doctor read the MRI) because no doctor gets you in the same week. i come back AGAIN to finish, then they tried to charge me again for what i’ve already paid for!!! it ended up being handled and the up front workers are very nice….turns out i need another scan done and i thought i would just give them another chance, mistake on my part. i get another call that there are scheduling issues and it’s canceled AGAIN. it is exhausting having to try to get scans done, which i have to wait a week or two to get in for, and then they are canceled. this place is poorly run and i WILL NOT EVER be returning here or ever recommending someone waste their time here like i did. mind you, you get scheduled at a time and then have to wait an hour and half for the scan anyway, AWFUL.

    I had a really great experience at DeSoto Imaging. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The technicians were especially kind and explained everything clearly, which helped ease any anxiety I had. They were patient, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend DeSoto Imaging to anyone needing imaging services

    Always nice people and not much waiting to be called to my procedure. Once I'm at my procedure, I was giving soft ear plugs and headphones and made sure I was comfortable before going into MRI. Once I was "boxed" in, they checked on me at the beginning of the MRI to make sure I was okay. Kept my eyes closed the entire time and took a mild muscle relaxer before going. I'm a little claustrophobic.

    This facility consistently overcharges on copays and when this happens, you can't get a refund since they outsourced their billing department to another country. I have been waiting for a refund of $190 since July 2025. You will get the run around from the billing team even after they clearly have been paid from your insurance. They tried to overcharge me again recently and I refused to pay it since I knew how my insurance company pays for this facility. I had to wait for over a hour for their billing team to get there and reverify my insurance, which should have already been done. Once they checked it, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "yeah she's right". They would have over charged me by $500 that I would probably not get back. Then they told me I had missed my appointment and had to reschedule!! WHAT?!?! This was their fault!! When I came back a few hours later, I was asked by their technician team if I could come back again because they were on a call and got mad when I wouldn't! I will take my business elsewhere where I won't be overcharged and the staff act like they care about their patients versus money! BEWARE!
