  They schedule you for a certain time I came in 30 minutes early because I can't access the portal to answer the 100 questions they have when they get you get there. I waited for an entire hour and a half I had my mammogram and then they told me I needed an ultrasound. It would seem like in an hour and a half someone would have spoken to me and let me know what's going on. What's the lady did after 45 minutes. And I was supposed to have a CT done that same day but I don't have all day to set at a doctor's office and wait for them to get their stuff together to take care of me. I won't be going back

  The front desk lady was awesome Thanks But the MRI STAFF male & female like to play games with people time and money gas is too high to have to keep running back and forth. Mistake I made letting them know I was scared of being closed in MRI chamber So they played off that I was able to over come my fears just for them to keep stopping the machine on purpose after the second time them stopping saying O the machine we have to start over again. I said no I’m not going back inside I said what I do break the machine she said yeah then he said just tell the dr you need meds if you scared and come back. I was willing to get through But they start playing on my fears. I know I did not push the button a second time for help that was a lie ..I just got my stuff out the locker and left.

  Ultra Sound tech didn't even acknowledge me. Did not say hello, how are you. Cold & mean. People are here to get scanned for many things, including cancer for crying out loud. Front desk is always nice.

  I called and verified that they did the particular xray I had needed, they said yes and to bring my doctors order and insurance card/ ID. I also called my insurance and verified they were in network. I couldn’t have the X-ray done because my doctor wasn’t in their computer “system” aka she hadn’t had a patient go to them before, and it would take over 24 hrs to get their NPI and address (which doesn’t make sense as this information is on google). I asked if my doctors office had a doctor in their system if that particular doctor could send the xray order over, they said yes/ but were no help in figuring out which doctor from the group was in the “system”. I called my doctors office and they said they had no idea how to know which provider was in the “system” to get an order sent over I’m not sure why I had to be the middle person between this office and my doctors office. So before going to this office be sure to call and see if your doctor is in the “system”
