Gym
The Southaven gym has plenty of space to move around and offers a large number of machines. We offer multiple of the same machines so you do not have to wait or interrupt your workout. Our entire 24/7 gym is spacious, but our free weight area is larger than most. Because of this, you have plenty of room to do free weight or bodyweight exercises without disrupting your neighbor or being in someone’s way.
You don’t have to be a workout expert to join ATC Fitness Southaven. We offer memberships to everyone ages 12 years old and up. Our 24-hour gym can accommodate everyone from beginners to workout pros.
