  The best ever Nikki is a breath of fresh air,and my Dr.Katrinathe best..The whole staff just made me feel better even though I was in pain,the hospitality was amazing.. Thank you....

  Dr. Metcalf is amazing! He listens to my concerns and answers every question I have. I went a few weeks ago for my sons two month shots. I did NOT like that nurse that weighed my son and got his vitals. After she, THE NURSE, weighed my son she said “Wow. He’s bad underweight.” I’m guessing she didn’t read his chart. My son is a preemie. He is underweight compared to full term 2 month olds. But he wasn’t full term. I just let it go in one ear and out the other. She needs to be reminded she is a nurse and is not allowed to determine things like that. Only the doctors. I didn’t get her name but her pulse reader had a sticker on it that said “Jenn”. I should’ve reported her while I was there but I was focused on getting my UNDERWEIGHT son out of there. Edit* I just realized this was left on Saltillo’s clinic’s page. We were at New Albany, NOT Saltillo. But it’s still IMPC.

  Been coming here since I moved back from college last May. You get called back fast. The nurses are always friendly and sociable. The doctors and NPs that I've seen are thorough and intentional with their care, and they have genuine compassion and pride in what they do. Great location, lots of parking, facilities are always clean.

  My wife has a lot of problems out of them. They don’t “care” if that makes sense. Especially whoever “Stephanie is”. She’s a JOKE lol. My wife was seen for an infection and her bloodwork reflects she has an infection/inflammation. She had 4 RNs look at the results and tell her that. After days of trying to get in contact with them we finally did and they said “there’s nothing they can do yet”. The was very rude and immature on the phone dealing with an upset patient. VERY unprofessional. I wish I had the time to type out everything but will be in concur with the owner about Stephanie! Anyways 3 weeks with the infection still no antibiotics. Hope this helps.
