- JMJohn “Captain - RN” MallosAug 6, 20261.0I went to return a pair of Rx Ray Ban glasses that were purchased online directly from Ray Ban and the manager stated that Lens Crafters did not take returns that were purchased from RayBan.com although the Ray Ban website states that all returns can be made at Sun Glass Hut and Lens Crafters. Ray Ban site even listed the Ridgeland store as a place to go. Luckily, there was a Sun Glass Hut across the street and they happily accepted my return. They were enthusiastic to receive my $1000 order. I will never shop at Lens Crafters again. What really irked me was that the manager at Lens Crafters was rude about it. If indeed his shop is not affiliated with Ray Ban, he should post this publicly.
