- ATAmanda TerralJun 2, 20232.0In the last 8 months pharmacy has dramatically changed. Pharmacist and some of staff are just rude. The only thing I do like is that they accept a particular rx program. But I have decided a few $ isnt worth the hassle every month. Used them for 20 years and was told i had no loyalty for getting a med at another Kroger, I55 had been out 4 months consecutively. Bye bye.. grr
