I have dealt with many eye care clinics as I was a representative that called on Ophthalmology offices across the country. Rayner’s is excellent at moving patients in a timely manner all through the office visit. Did not wait long at all between testing and evaluation. Dr. Tann was right into the exam room to finish my examination shortly after I sat in the chair. Overall great visit and will trust them with my vision.
- JWJane WinstonMay 1, 20265.0I went on Tuesday April 28 for what I thought was a usual appointment with a medical specialist; in this case an ophthalmologist. As is the usual experience, I was prepared for a long wait. as the medical profession is known for being inconsiderate of other people’s time, and I had brought a book. Within a few minutes of my arrival (some 15 minutes early) I was taken to an examining room where an extremely professional technician put drops in my eyes and then gave me a thorough examination, with pictures being taken. Jane’s fussing at me for going too long.. Dr. Farmer came in and suggested that the lenses that had been put in about 20 years ago needed cleaning and that he could do it then with a laser. Having had laser surgery several years ago for a problem with my right retina, I was hesitant to let it happen again because of the pain; but I was assured by Dr. Farmer that this cleaning wouldn’t hurt. It didn’t. I can see better with my right eye and I look forward to having my lest I fixed. I remain pleased with Rayner Eye Clinic and their staff. I will recommend them to anyone in need of ophthalmic treatment. Joseph E Winston
